Renting a Bicycle is much easier than bringing your own bike; you don't have to worry about carrying a flight case around with you or paying overweight on flights or risk damaging your own bike.

  • HOW DO I RENT A BICYCLE?

It couldn't be easier to hire a bike from the website. Simply give us your dates, bike preference, and departure and return hotels - we'll handle the rest.

  • WHAT DO I NEED?

You need to bring your shoes, clothing, ID (Passport), and Cell Phone.

We will receive a photocopy of your passport (or other form of ID) before you arrive.

 

  • WHERE DO CYCLING RENTALS OPERATE?

We offer bike rentals all over Korea(Except for Jeju-island). We can deliver to any accommodation where there is an all-day reception service. We cannot deliver to places where no one is at hand to receive or is unable to store the bicycles for you.

 

  • WHAT ARE BIKE RENTAL KOREA HOURS OF OPERATION?

Basically, Instead, we work by reservation and meet riders based on advance reservations.
Please note the bikes can be collected Anytime.
If anyone wants to meet Our staff and needs a minor adjustment of bicycles before starting your journey, Please Click Here to see our calendar and reserve hiring bikes on Weekends.

Weekends/National Holidays: 09:00am - 15:00Pm

It is possible to collect the bike outside of these times but please check with us before booking to confirm.

 

  • DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

Reservations are highly recommended as we have limited numbers of bikes, and we are also trying to make the check-in process as seamless as possible.

 

  • CAN I PICK UP EARLY OR RETURN LATE?

Early pick up and late return options may be possible depending on bike. Please contact in advance to confirm availability.

Early Pick up : Generally, We do not have an Early or late pick up/ return policy.

Our customers can return or pick up reserved bicycles whenever they want during their rental period.

※However, please keep the rental Dates, there will be your next team waiting for you to return them all.

※Also, If you do not want to return bicycles and gear at our store, They must be returned, and lock all bicycles and gear at the specific location by 17:00PM to avoid stolen or missing. You should take Photos of where you placed and locked it correctly with the exact location and send them to us.

 

  • WHAT ABOUT LIABILITY?

By using Bike Rental Korea’s hire bikes, equipment, and services you accept, agree to, and 'sign' Bike Rental Korea's Deed of Acknowledgment and Waiver of Liability, and Voluntary Assumption of Risk (‘DEED’).

  • WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?

🛑For overseas travelers, we recommend that you confirm that your travel insurance also covers activities such as cycling to add an extra layer of protection. In case of human damage.

If you want to get more insurance, You should pay 4.10$ per day, This insurance can cover maximum of 200,000won damages of bikes and gears

#The insurance can cover Only for the bicycles and accessories. Also, This insurance CAN NOT Cover damage on the people.

 

  • WHAT IS THE WET WEATHER POLICY?

Unfortunately, we can't control the weather. There will be times during your trip when it might rain however this is a part of cycling.  If you experience some wet weather and would like to return the bikes early this is OK, however we cannot refund you for the missed cycling days. We kindly thank you for your understanding.

 

  • WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION / REFUND OF RESERVATION POLICY?

  • CAN CYCLING RENTALS SUPPLY CYCLING ROUTES?

We can give you recommendations of cycling routes to go. Please Click Here to see the attractive site or feel free to contact us.

  

  • DO YOU CHARGE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSS OF ITEMS?

Although this is rare, we do charge for damage and loss of items.

When you return the bike we will inspect for any damage they may have happened during your rental. We do understand things can happen as part of wear and tear but for certain damage we will charge an additional fee. We also charge additional fees for loss of items.

  • WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

Currently, Online Bookings and Purchases Also offline can be made with Paypal Only. 

 

  • WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Our pricing includes the following items:

  1. The bike
  2. Helmet
  3. Lock
  4. Rear Rack
  5. Bottle cage
  6. Flat Pedals
  7. Front / Rear Lights
  8. Small Front Back
  9. Garmin Mount
  10. Garmin phone holder cage
  11. Multi tool

We can supply the following additions:

  1. TOPEAK 20L Panniers
  2. Repair Kit(Tube, Lever, Pump, Patch and Useful Equipment)

The following are not included:

  1. Cycling Shoes
  2. Clothing and Gloves

 

  • HOW IS THE RENTAL PERIOD CALCULATED?

A rental day at Bike Rental Korea is from 00 am to 24 pm (24/7) on the same day.

However, If you do not want to return bicycles and gear at our store, They must be returned, and lock all bicycles and gear at the specific location by 17:00PM
