HOW ARE BIKES DELIVERED?
To be able to send bikes to your hotel in Korea our bikes are delivered fully assembled directly to your accommodation or designated place.
The only thing you have to do is just enjoy Korea.

IS DELIVERY AND COLLECTION INCLUDED?
Delivery and collection require an extra fee, and charges may vary based on the number of bikes and delivery or collection location.

CAN CYCLING RENTALS COLLECT BIKES FROM A DIFFERENT LOCATION TO DELIVERY?
We can with an additional charge. Please Click Here to see the delivery fee or contact us by e-mail.

CAN I PICK UP EARLY OR RETURN LATE?
Early pick up and late return options may be possible depending on bike. Please contact in advance to confirm availability.
Early Pick up : Generally, We do not have Early or late pick up/ return policy, This is the advantage of the Unmanned store. (24/7 Operation)
Our customers can return or pick up reserved bicycles whenever they want during their rental period.
※However, please keep the rental Dates, there will be your next team waiting for you to return them all.
※Also, If you do not want to return bicycles and gear at our store, They must be returned, and lock all bicycles and gear at the specific location by 17:00PM to avoid stolen or missing. You should take Photos of where you placed and locked it correctly with the exact location and send them to us.

HOW CAN I TAKE A TRAIN OR BUS WITH A BIKE?
Please note that you can only bring a bike on the subway during weekends. Unfortunately, bikes are not allowed on the subway on weekdays. If you plan to take the subway with your bike on the permitted days, it is important to use the first or last compartment of the subway train.

HOW CAN I TAKE THE SUBWAY WITH A BIKE?
To take a train (KTX) with a bike, separate the wheels and pack it in a carrying bag. No packing is needed for express or intercity buses; bikes can be loaded into the luggage compartment.
The driver may refuse if the compartment is crowded. Loading a bike in the bus compartment is usually possible.
We recommend you to contact or go to the bus terminal and ask them.

HOW CAN I GET TO THE EAST SIDE?
To reach the East Coast bike route, we recommend taking an express bus from Seoul to Pohang. It's a simple and convenient way to begin your cycling adventure on the East Coast.
If you are departing from our store and heading to Seoul Express Bus Terminal, you have 3 options:
1) Riding your bike using the Han River Bike path.
2) Taking the subway on weekends.
3) Using our delivery service from our shop to the Express Bus terminal.
