Important Shipping Information

• Our delivery does not work on weekends or Korean holidays.
• If you have a Korean address, All orders will be shipped within 8 business days.
• If you have an APO AP address in Korea, All orders would be delivered within 15 business days. Also, It will be a little difficult to return.
• If you have an APO AP address in Korea, please select your Shipping address as a "U.S. Outlying Islands" and Type your Full of APO address including Postal Code: 'XXXXX' (5-digit number.)
• We will give you both the Shipping code and number by e-mail when you order the item. You can track Your order with The Shipping Code & Number on our site. But, It is impossible to track your package when you live on Military Base in Korea. 
• We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
