  • WHO DO I CONTACT FOR ASSISTANCE ON THE ROAD?

If you have a problem during your bike rental,
Due to our store circumstances, it is difficult to help you right away. 
Therefore, firstly, Please refer the Handbook and searching the guide and Youtube video, those can help you most of the problem during your journey.
If you are faced with major problem which is not in the handbook, and youtube. you can call us at any time. 
 
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A MECHANICAL PROBLEM?

We provide Multi-tool and Handbook guide which includes how to fix or do something in emergency cases. With the Handbook guide, you can do anything. However, if you are faced with a major problem that is not in the handbook, firstly, please look at Youtube and See our partner page Clicking Here or Please give us a call.

 

  • HOW DO I SET MY BIKE UP WITH THE CORRECT HEIGHT OR ETC?

We offer a complimentary multi-tool kit that includes 14 pieces, you can adjust your bike's seat post, handlebars, or other components. Additionally, we have professional tools in the store. You can also refer to the handbook and various bicycle channels on YouTube for guidance on making adjustments.

 

  • DO YOU CHARGE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSS OF ITMES?

Although it is uncommon, we do charge for any damage or loss of items. It is important to remember not to leave your bicycle unattended. As the saying goes,

"Out of sight, out of mind."

When you return all. we receive the bike we will inspect it for any damage that may have happened during your rental. We do understand things can happen as part of wear and tear but for certain damage, we will charge an additional fee. We also charge additional fees for the loss of items.
