Cancellation And Refund Policy
1. Cancellation
All customer can cancel their rental without any cancellation fee up to 20 days prior to the scheduled rental start date.
However, If you cancel within 20 days from the scheduled rental start date, a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
It means your deposit will be paid to us as a penalty.
For example,
If you reserve Bikes and gears and paid $100.00(USD) as a Deposit on 01 Jan 2023.
Until 20 Jan 2023, you can cancel it without any cancellation fee.
However, If you cancel on 21 Jan 2023, You lose your deposit.
2. Refund
If you encounter any issues with the bicycle due to faulty main bicycle parts, we recommend visiting a nearby bike shop for repairs. Please keep the receipt and send it to us, and we will reimburse you for the repair costs based on the part and situation when you happened.
However, if you experience problems with tire tubes, chains, gears, or derailers, it is important to note that, based on our extensive experience, 99% of these incidents occur due to rider error or mishandling. In such cases, repair costs may not be covered.
Our aim is to provide you with a well-maintained bicycle, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in using the equipment responsibly.
3. Penalty
When you return the bike we will inspect for any damage that may have happened during your rental. We do understand things can happen as part of wear and tear but for certain damage, we will charge an additional fee.

🛑 Also, You should make a Paypal Account for paying a transfer.
The Transaction from Paypal to another Banking system requires an extra transaction fee and We do not refund or reimburse of this fee.
(There is no transaction fee between Paypal accounts.)
