For Standard service, your luggage must be packed in one of the following ways:
1) Ordinary suitcase, or 2) placed inside a brown box. See details below.

• No insurance (no compensation for loss/damage).
• Public holidays: acceptance/delivery unavailable; peak seasons may incur extra charges.
• Limits: longest side ≤ 100 cm, sum of three sides 35–160 cm, weight ≤ 30 kg.
