Responsibility for Damage

Important • Please ride responsibly

  • If any damage occurs, parts must be repaired or replaced with new components.
  • In some cases, the entire bicycle may require replacement.
  • According to the signed deed, related costs are the rider’s responsibility.
Tip: Most issues are preventable—avoid impacts, keep the bike upright, and do not force components.

Carbon Fork Warning

Safety-critical • Avoid any impact

Please do not hit, drop, collide with, or lean objects against the carbon fork.

If any impact occurs, contact us immediately. This protects your safety and future riders.

Front Light Care

Do not remove the rubber cap

Please do not pull or remove the rear rubber cap of the front light.

If damaged or removed, the light must be replaced and the full replacement cost will be charged.

Packing Guide (Bus Return)

Protect the frame during transport

If you plan to return the bicycle by bus, please pack the bicycle using bubble wrap.

How to pack bicycle with bubble wrap
  • Make sure the frame is well protected.
  • Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the bicycle.
  • Secure moving parts (handlebar/wheels) to prevent rubbing.
