Amazing rental experience!

I rented a bike for the 4 Rivers trail from Seoul to Busan, and it was perfect for the journey. The bike was super comfortable, handled well on all kinds of terrain, and didn’t cause any problems at all — no flat tires, no mechanical issues, nothing.

The rental process was smooth and easy, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive when I had questions before the trip. They made sure the bike was in top condition and provided everything I needed, including a lock, lights, and a repair kit, just in case.

I'm really glad I chose this company — they helped make my cycling trip across Korea stress-free and enjoyable. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone planning a long-distance ride in Korea!

Highly recommend for anyone looking rent for multiple day trips in South Korea!

My girlfriend and I rented bikes and had them delivered to the start of the Cross Country Bike Route (Ara West Sea Lock) and had the bikes picked up at our hotel in Busan after completing our ride a week later. There is an added fee (listed on their site) for both delivery and pickup outside of Seoul.

The bikes were in top shape with no issues. Bike Rental Korea is very responsive over email and WhatsApp with literally any questions we had. We struggled with communicating / booking with some other companies and we chose Bike Rental Korea because they were the best at this.

This company knows exactly what foreigners are looking for any I highly recommend them to anyone visiting the country and looking to complete a bike ride! We met several people on our ride who also rented from them so a highly popular option too.

Thanks to this rental shop I could enjoy one the greatest biking trips -
East coast route of Korea 😍🏖️

The bike was of a great quality, light, easy to ride, in perfect condition, absolutely no issues on the trip. When I arrived, everything was prepared - the bike and all necessary accessories (lights, tools, pump, spare tubes), the sizing was perfectly suited to me.
I also liked that the tires were not too narrow, giving more security during the trip.
Picking up and bring back worked absolutely smoothly.

One more advantage is the convenient location, about 200m from Han River, so you can start the journey right away on Han River Route or ride to the main bus terminals in Seoul - express bus terminal and Dong Seoul bus terminal, both are located close to Han river.
Overall, great rental shop! I’ll rent here again for the next routes 🙂👍👍👍
